Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC)

The Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) is a quiet, comfortable and caring environment where people who are not homebound can come to have infusion or injection therapies provided by an experienced and certified Registered Nurse (RN). Our goal in the AIC is to offer an option to hospitalization for patients who have complex medical needs.

The center provides therapies such as
  • Antibiotic, antifungal and antiviral therapies
  • Blood product transfusion
  • Intravenous and injectable therapies for anemia, neutropenia and autoimmune diseases
  • Chemotherapy
  • Hydration
  • IGIV
  • Steroids
  • Injectable hormone treatments
  • Anticoagulant treatments
  • Central line care including dressing changes, port access/de-access, lab draws and treatment of catheter functional problems
We focus on patient education and can instruct patients on how to self administer intravenous or injectable therapies at home, where appropriate.

Contact Nina Elledge, Infusion Program Coordinator, at (307) 432-6469 for information or questions.

Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Referrals for service can be called into the center at (307) 633-7777.
