Eligibility and Dues: All interested senior citizens ages 55 and older are eligible for SeniorCare membership with lifetime dues of only $15.00 per person or $20.00 per couple.

 

Membership Benefits

 

Free Blood Pressure Testing: On the first Wednesday of each month, from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m., Cheyenne Regional Medical Center–West sponsors free blood pressure testing offered as a community service by members of our nursing staff. No appointment is necessary.

 

Free Monthly Educational Program: A free educational program is offered on the third Wednesday of each month, except during July and December. The program begins at 10:00 a.m. with a free continental breakfast available at 9:30 a.m. Programs are held at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center–West Greenhouse Grill Auditorims

 

Free Monthly Newsletter: SeniorCare issues a monthly newsletter, Prime Times, for its members highlighting monthly educational events, birthday calendar of SeniorCare members, and other valuable health and lifestyle stories.

 

Advance Directive Information: Cheyenne Regional Medical Center offers our SeniorCare members free information on advanced directives which let your friends and family know your health care decisions ahead of time.

 

Living Will forms and wallet cards are available that are easy to understand and complete.

 

Other information that is available includes a detailed Advanced Directives brochure which highlights all of the advance directives currently utilized and their individual purposes.

Volunteer Opportunities:

 

SeniorCare members are encouraged to take advantage of the wide range of volunteer opportunities available to them at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. For more information on how you can volunteer, contact Volunteer Services at 633-7513.
